NIRA LEADERS TRAINING HELD AT THE LAW FACULTY
OF THE ZENICA UNIVERSITY

On March 16 and 17, 2019, personal development training was held as one of two NIRA Leaders trainings organized by the TPO Foundation in cooperation with the University of Zenica. Students of the Faculty of Law, Economics, Philosophy, Islamic - Pedagogy, Mechanical Engineering, Medical and Polytechnic University of Zenica successfully completed personal development training. Under the word "Everyone is worth of being respected", trained coach Amra Delić introduced students into the practice of breaking up the individual's restrictions and obstructions within the culture and tradition of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Delić practically demonstrated and proved to participants that we have to stop being a population that is not trained to ask questions and that we have to stop being emotionally illiterate culture. Two-day training included exercises such as: "How do I see myself, anger control, dealing with stress, seeking identity, how to build self-confidence, how to improve image of self, how to set limits, how to love oneself, pessimistic and optimistic attitude, accepting oneself, how to believe in self, self-knowledge, Maslow's hierarchy, (self) realization, (self) motivation, enthusiasm, how to stand up for yourself, I - speech, active and passive listening ", and many other exercises and skills to face with oneself.
